Danny Weaver is our Dealer Principal and General Manager. He is the son of our late founder Trent Weaver. He started out learning about the company at a very young age, washing cars and watching his father run the business. It didn't take long for him to realize he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. Danny sold his first car at just 16 years old. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNCW. After college, he came home to start selling cars full time and has since been in the Volvo business in Raleigh and Cary for more than 40 years. Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and fur-babies and taking in the salt air in Wrightsville beach.

Bill Small has been with Weaver Brothers for over 18 years. As Parts and Service Director, he enjoys watching the application of vehicle technology and safety as it changes and improves our lives. Bill its a retired naval officer, qualified in both submarine and surface warfare. He received his bachelor's degree from UNCW in business with emphasis on business law and economics. Bill then went on to earn his graduate degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in public administration with concentrations in contracting law and logistics. He is married to the former Robin Weaver, and they had two adult daughters, Laura and Lesley. When he's not at work, Bill enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, clamming, kayaking, and surfing.
