The Volvo A-Plan program¹ is a way for employees of select partner companies and organizations to enjoy exclusive savings on the purchase of new Volvo SUVs for sale. Typically, A-Plan by Volvo savings is offered to Corporate and Organizational Partners of Volvo Car USA. A-Plan by Volvo Eligibility

Our Volvo dealer in North Carolina is proud to participate in the Volvo A-Plan program and offer a discount on new Volvo cars for sale to eligible employees of qualifying U.S. fleet partners, business partners, and special organizations. If you are eligible for the A-Plan by Volvo purchase program, your spouse and your immediate household members are also eligible. You can get started on confirming your eligibility by calling our dealership.

When you're ready to make your A-Plan by Volvo purchase, you can find a participating dealership on the A-Plan by Volvo website, then confirm your eligibility. Once you have your Volvo PIN(s), you're ready to make a Volvo custom order or save with the Volvo A-Plan program.

Care by Volvo Subscription Program

If you're interested in the Volvo care program, that is different from the Volvo A-Plan program. The Care by Volvo program is a Volvo lease program that lets you subscribe to vehicles and enjoy them for shorter periods than a typical car lease. In a sense, the Care by Volvo program is a Volvo rental program that gives drivers the ability to try out different Volvo vehicles without committing to a purchase or three-year lease. If you want to drive a sporty Volvo S60 during the summer then an AWD Volvo XC90 SUV in the winter, the Care by Volvo Subscription Program is made for you.

Another benefit of the Care by Volvo Subscription Program is all-inclusive payment, meaning that your monthly car payment includes the lease/rental fee, insurance coverage, maintenance fees, and excessive wear coverage.

Volvo A-Plan Program: Ineligible Vehicles

Not all vehicles qualify for the Volvo A-Plan employee discount. The following vehicles are not eligible for purchase with the Volvo A-Plan program:

• Retired Service Loaners/Courtesy Vehicles
• Retailer Demonstrators

Only new Volvo vehicles for sale are eligible for the A-Plan by Volvo program. If you're looking for a full list of eligible vehicles, please visit the program website or contact our sales department. The A-Plan by Volvo program is currently only available in the United States. The Volvo Overseas Delivery program requires other arrangements.

A unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) is generated for anybody who wants to purchase a vehicle through Volvo A-Plan to ensure the discount is not being misused. Once you have your PIN, you'll be able to move forward with purchasing a vehicle.

What is a PIN?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique code required for each vehicle purchase under the A-Plan by Volvo program. This PIN will be generated by the qualifying A-Plan member for either themselves or an eligible immediate family member. Upon validation of the PIN, a Certificate will be generated and sent to the purchaser. The PIN holder will need to take the certificate to an authorized and participating Volvo dealer in order to secure the A-Plan by Volvo pricing.; PINs are valid for 90 days.

PIN GENERATION
First, eligible A-Plan members need to register on the A-Plan by Volvo website using their company's partner code. Second, create a user name and password. Third, click on "Generate a PIN" link and follow the instructions.

When generating a PIN, the user will need to enter the following information into the A-Plan by Volvo Web Portal:

• Buyer's name
• Buyer's address
• Buyer's telephone number
• Buyer's email address
• Identify a vehicle of interest
• Identify an expected time frame for purchase

Note: A PIN must be generated before the date of sale to qualify. If there is a technical problem generating a PIN on the website, please contact us. The name/address provided for PIN generation must be accurate and verifiable, using appropriate personal identification (i.e. driver license). The Volvo dealer will require the name/address on the PIN certificate to match the name/address of the purchaser identified on the sales transaction.

When Purchasing
Your Volvo Corporate Partner employees and family members in their immediate household must also provide the following at time of purchase:

• Copy of PIN certificate
• At least one of the following is also required:
• Sponsor's ID Badge
• Sponsor's business card
• Copy of sponsor's prior year's W2
• Copy of sponsor's pay stub

If you'd like to expedite the PIN generation process, please have the following documents ready: proof of identity and address, and one of the following company or organization proof of eligibility documents: ID Badge, copy of prior year's W2, or copy of paystub.
